Indian Monsooned Malabar is a creamy, full-bodied medium roast with earthy notes, a hint of citrus, and a lingering spiced finish. Its minimal acidity makes it a great choice if you prefer a mellow cup over bright, fruity flavors.

Grown on India’s Malabar Coast, this coffee gets its distinctive character from monsooning, a process that exposes green coffee beans to monsoon winds and humidity, allowing them to swell and mellow.
